The
Senior Database Marketing Analyst is responsible for performing advanced data
analysis of all aspects of Pala Casino Resort and Spa.  Responsible for producing reports on numerous
data points which will enable management to make more informed business
decisions.  Provide management with analysis,
summaries and recommendations based on your findings.  Lead analysis to gather data, organize it

Operating and maintaining of concert and AV equipment in all entertainment venues and throughout Pala Casino Spa and Resort. Job includes the installation and removal of technical equipment including concert truck loading and unloading. Knowledge in the principles, operation and set up of concert and audio visual equipment.

  • Basic electrical knowledge – AC/DC theory and basic ohms law preferred.

  • One year technical training; EPA approved “Proper Refrigeration Practices” Type 2 Certification card; minimum three years HVAC repair and related experience, must be familiar with high and low voltage controls; licensed in gas fitting and certification in steam fitting and normal pipe fitting required; be able to read blueprints of plumbing systems; welding experience preferred and five years experience as a master painter preferred.

  • High School graduate, with trade school degree and at least five years experience in the industrial and commercial plumbing field. Must have ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings.

  • Bill Validator drop and count which includes the removal of the boxes from the machine, the transport to the count room, the opening and counting of the contents.

Table Games Floor Person Intern

Location: Pala, CA

Position is aimed at training an individual to manage, direct and supervise the overall operation of the assigned area in accordance with established policies.

  • Ability to read, write and speak English to communicate with guests and team members.

  • Learning game types and dealing procedures specific table games.
  • Learning pit functions and accountability for assigned games.
  • Learning problem solving techniques in regards to mistakes on games.
  • Learning to handle and resolve customer disputes and guest complaints.
  • Responsible for integrity of all transactions and equipment on game.
  • Ensure all rules and subordinates properly follow procedures.
  • Provide information to Pit Supervisor and relief for proper accounting of game.
  • Insure proper documentation of player ratings and all pit paperwork

Transportation

Chauffeur - On-Call

Location: Pala, CA 92059

Transport guests to and from destinations in a
safe and courteous manner as directed by Hotel Management or a designated
supervisor.  Keep vehicles stocked and
cleaned during shift. Coordinate minor repairs for vehicles. Promote 4 Diamond guest
service.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment
knowledge/use)

  • Pleasant and outgoing personality.
  • Must have a minimum of six month’s driving
    experience in the transportation or hospitality industry.
  • Must have a clean driving record with no more
    than one (1) moving violation in a one-year period for the last three
    (3) years; cannot have a revoked or suspended license in the last five
    (5) years.
  • Must meet all applicable Department of Transportation
    requirements.
  • Should have a thorough working knowledge of
    metro Southern California Counties and be able to read a map.
  • Must be able to work various shifts and
    flexible hours.
  • Always expected to be polite, friendly, yet
    professional, tactful and discreet.
  • Verbal and written communication skills are
    crucial to the success of a Chauffeur.
  • Previous 4 Star / 4 Diamond hotel experience a
    plus.
  • Must read, write, speak and understand English.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Will perform pre-trip procedures to prep a
    vehicle, routing and special instructions.
  • Will be expected to carry and load luggage,
    open doors, ensure safe entry and exit from vehicles, and to skillfully
    and
    safely drive throughout the metro Southern California Counties even
    during inclement weather.
  • Must be a safe, skilled and courteous driver in
    all vehicles qualified to drive.
  • Must take pride in your work, be on time for all
    assignments, have a “passion to serve” and enjoy people.
  • Provides guest recognition through the use of
    guest’s name at all given opportunities.
  • Be well informed on the Hotel, Casino, Spa,
    Entertainment and local information for guests convenience
  • Chauffeurs are expected to keep busy during
    downtime by assisting the bellman at the guest services desk.
  • Chauffeurs will clean our fleet vehicles and
    keep them in pristine condition.

Valet

Valet Attendant - Part Time - $20 Per Hour

Location: Pala, CA

Responsible for the safe operation and transport of vehicles on company property, in accordance with established policies, procedures and controls.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state, as well as a good driving record.
  • Physical endurance and stamina, as well as effective communication skills required.
  • Ability to relate effectively in one-on-one situations with guests and other team members.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions or decimals.
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
  • Must read, write, speak and understand English.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assists guests promptly and courteously in valet check-in and checkout.
  • RUNS (never walks) for all pick-ups from the valet lot (weather conditions permitting), in accordance with established safety guidelines.
  • Parks vehicles in designated areas of the property, then accurately records the location of the vehicle onto a valet receipt, which is attached to the appropriate keys and stored in the valet office until the guest is ready to leave the property.
  • Effectively communicates with the valet captain.
  • Promptly clears ramp area of cars to be parked.
  • Presents a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance, wearing only the designated valet uniform while on the job.
  • Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
  • Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of Pala Casino facilities, as well as special events on property in order to advise guests and fellow team members of same, whenever possible.
