  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of personal computer with experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and/or Mandarin preferred.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Greet all visitors as they enter Human Resources.
  • Review employment and gaming applications to ensure completion.
  • Maintain the Staffing Specialists' daily interview/application file.
  • Administer pre-employment testing as necessary.
  • Track birthday wheel gifts.
  • Maintain the front office with the necessary office supplies and HR forms.
  • Maintain and update binder with master copies of HR forms.
  • Answer phones and forward calls/inquiries to the appropriate Human Resources person.
  • Assist Team Members with Kronos Self-Service as necessary.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
