Location: Pala, CA

Under the direction of Manager and Supervisor, this position’s primary mission is to create guest experiences through the players journey from the signing up to of new members to supporting existing member’s needs.

  • Excellent guest service/people skills, has the ability to communicate with all levels of employees and guests.
  • Knowledge of personal computer, typing, organizational skills, read, write and speak English.
  • Ability to use electronic equipment including telephone.
  • Must have extremely outgoing and caring personality.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide positive guest experiences through positive attitude.
  • Understand and properly communicate the benefits and privileges of the club card and Casino promotions.
  • Recognizes frequent guests.
  • Recognize abuse of programs.
  • Monitor promotions and awards prizes.
  • Enter and update guest data into the computer.
  • Operates equipment as required to complete job functions.
  • Maintains positive contact with other departments.
  • Inform supervisor of all pertinent information that may affect the functioning of the club.
  • Box Office sales in person and over the phone.
  • Handling of money and credit cards during sale transactions.
  • Issue comps to guests based on qualified play.
  • Booking hotel rooms and making dinner reservations in person and over the phone.
  • Answer questions and direct guests to the proper department in person and over the phone.
  • Telemarketing to new and existing guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
