F&B Manager
Location: Pala, CA
Responsible for the daily managing and shift responsibilities of the Food and Beverage outlets.
- Three years experience in a high volume Food and Beverage facility.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Must read, write, speak and understand English, bilingual ability a plus.
- Working knowledge of front of house equipment, i.e., point of sales system and peripherals.
- Must be knowledgeable and proficient in all reporting positions.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant management or related area from a four-year college or university; or four - six years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage food and beverage outlets
- Line-check all food products for quality and established Pala Casino standards.
- Office work, including paperwork such as daily reports, menu analysis, cost analysis and ordering products for point of sales equipment.
- Manage staff, including scheduling, employee counseling, PTO, etc.
- Training of all reporting staff.
- Attend weekly Food & Beverage meetings with F&B Director and Executive Chef.
- Work closely with F&B Director and/or Executive Chef to achieve department goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
