Location: Pala, CA

Responsible for assisting the Slot Club Supervisor / Manager in building a highly motivated privilege card team dedicated to giving exemplary guest service. Assist with casino promotions and special events.

  • Excellent guest service and people skills to communicate with all levels of Team Members and guests.
  • Knowledge of personal computer, typing, organizational skills.
  • Read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and direct Slot Club Attendants.
  • Must have extremely outgoing personality and caring attitude.
  • Excellent arithmetic skills.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Supervise Team Members in the absence of a Supervisor or Manager.
  • Work with Supervisor(s) to formulate training programs.
  • Ensure Slot Club Attendants are competent in interacting with guests.
  • Ensure Slot Club Attendants questions and complaints are properly addressed.
  • Ensure that all guests are greeted, identified, and tracked.
  • Maintain guest files, which include personal data, play, and visit history.
  • Oversee new promotions and readily provide this information to Team Members and to guests.
  • Be proficient in all Slot Club / Privilege job duties and look for opportunities to improve the team’s job knowledge and performance.
  • Maintain proficiency in computer skills in order to maximize reporting and spreadsheet usage.
  • Communicate ideas for improvements as well as solicit Team Member input, both inside and outside the department.
  • Ensure Team Members are trained on computer system.
  • Inventory supplies and update Slot Club Manager when supplies need to be ordered.
  • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
