Special Projects
Location: Pala, CA
To assist in coordination of cleaning all public areas,
offices, restrooms and meeting rooms throughout the entire Casino complex as
needed. Reports directly to Casino supervisor.
- Knowledge
of housekeeping equipment preferred.
- Knowledge
of floor care preferred.
- Minimum one year
experience in floor care.
- Should
have good understanding of cleaning procedures.
- Ability to work a
variety of shifts.
- Must
have strong communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:
- Maintains all
public areas in Casino in accordance with 4 Diamond standards.
- Maintains these
standards while completing daily work assignments.
- Completes assigned
work without disturbing guests.
- Completes work in
the order assigned by the supervisor to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintains a safe
work environment.
- Responsible for
any keys and /or equipment assigned.
- Complies with all
OSHA requirements.
- Create harmony
between yourself and fellow team members.
- Ensuring that housekeeping
equipment is always clean and tidy.
- Performs related
duties as assigned.
- Know and practice
the guest service philosophy of Pala Casino Resort and Spa.
- Ensure service is
of the highest degree.
- Ensure service is
always exceptional.
