Location: Pala, CA

To assist in coordination of cleaning all public areas, offices, restrooms and meeting rooms throughout the entire Casino complex as needed. Reports directly to Casino supervisor.

  • Knowledge of housekeeping equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of floor care preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience in floor care.
  • Should have good understanding of cleaning procedures.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts.
  • Must have strong communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintains all public areas in Casino in accordance with 4 Diamond standards.
  • Maintains these standards while completing daily work assignments.
  • Completes assigned work without disturbing guests.
  • Completes work in the order assigned by the supervisor to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintains a safe work environment.
  • Responsible for any keys and /or equipment assigned.
  • Complies with all OSHA requirements.
  • Create harmony between yourself and fellow team members.
  • Ensuring that housekeeping equipment is always clean and tidy.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
  • Know and practice the guest service philosophy of Pala Casino Resort and Spa.
  • Ensure service is of the highest degree.
  • Ensure service is always exceptional.
