Location: Pala, CA 92059
Responsible for quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to guests.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)
- Fine
dining restaurant experience preferred
- Possess
strong communication skills
- Ability to describe and remember all menu items and cocktails
- Must read, write, speak and understand English
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Greet all guests as well
as offer a departure greeting.
- Deliver orders to guests
seated in elementa.
- Ability to memorize table
and seat numbers.
- Have a complete understanding
of the pick-up charts of all dishes and cocktails and describe their
ingredients to guests by memorization.
- Know the proper position
of placement of all dishes and cocktails.
- Know the “6-o’clock” of
all dishes.
- Assist Server Captains
clear tables.
- Communicate to Server
Captains any new or additional orders of guests at their table.
- Remain vigilant to spot any incorrect dishes being run, missing accompaniments, or any other mistakes pertaining to dishes, drinks etc.
- Report any noticeable problems or damage.
