Advertising Manager
Location: Pala, CA
To manage Pala Casino’s advertising efforts to inform guests of Pala Casino, persuade them to visit Pala Casino, and remind them of the benefits of visiting Pala Casino.
QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)

write, and speak English.
- Self-Motivated with a
proven ability to work independently.
- Excellent
organizational skills and able to multitask.
- Proven ability to
create and deliver new, useful campaign ideas in a team setting.
- Effective market

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Working hand-in-hand
with ad agencies, and key Pala Casino team members to establish and meet
goals of projects and enforce timelines and budgets.
- Able to project manage
with painful attention to detail.
- Manage all on-property
collateral pieces to include design, print, distribution, and placement on
the casino floor.
- Manage all on-property
video assets to include video displays, menu displays, and content programming.
- Providing expert advice
on advertising and marketing methods for new and existing services and
products
- Actively participating
in the recruitment and evaluation of the workforce within the advertising
department
- Collecting and
analyzing data, and presenting it to the relevant parties
- Negotiating contract
terms and specifications with external parties
- Monitoring the progress
of various projects, from planning to execution, to evaluate their
effectiveness and ensure they remain focused on the end goal.
- Developing strategies
for advertising to increase the interest of current and potential gamblers
in the marketplace.
- Collaborating with
different departments in the development of marketing campaigns suitable
for different business needs
- Perform other duties as
assigned.
