Guest Room Attendant/Grave Shift. Up to $30.00 per hour (Part Time)

Job Purpose:
• Provide a 4-diamond high standard service of cleanliness, sanitized, tidiness including exceptional guest service and experience to all hotel guests during the overnight shift.
Qualifications:
• Previous guest room attendant experience at 4 Diamond hotel preferred.
• Rigorous detail oriented.
• Ability to work efficiently, positively, and independently during overnight hours.
• Ability to adapt to changes, tasks and prioritize as needed.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques a must.
Essential Job Functions:
• Complete work assignments while performing daily duties such as cleaning and sanitizing all hotel guest rooms in detail following the 4 diamond standards and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Able to use and understand the assigned system to update status of rooms.
• Able to scan and report any damaged condition of furniture or amenities in the hotel room.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail and prioritize tasks.
• Responsible for submitting completed work room assignments on time.
• Responsible for front and back storage areas with cleaning, restocking, organizing, and disposing.
• Responsible for separating damaged linen accordingly.
• Responsible for restocking all housekeeping carts before the shift ends, always leaving it clean and well kept.
• Able to assist with all chemical distribution and restocking the main chemical dispensing machines.
• Responsible for amenity delivery to hotel guests.
• Responsible for maintaining the Ice rooms clean and sanitized.
• Responsible for keeping the team members and guest’s elevators, hotel rooms entrance, stairwells, and hallways clean.
• Able to assist with linen delivery and restocking on all floors.
• Reports any guest suggestions, comments or complaints to supervisor and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Able to interact and communicate effectively and efficiently with guests and team in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
• Responsible for any keys and/or equipment assigned.
• Complies with all OSHA, SDS and Hotel requirements.
• Able to understand the correct usage/procedure of cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces according to OSHA, SDS and Hotel regulations.
• Responsible for Clock in/out at the scheduled times and ready to perform all duties and responsibilities.
• Responsible to report all Lost & Found to assigned supervisor.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned
